• Finalise full sale package documentation

• Organise access to:

  • GitHub repositories

  • Hosting & deployment accounts

  • Domain registrar access

  • Social media accounts

  • Smart contracts and treasury wallets

  • APIs and integrations

• Prepare:

  • Letter of Intent (LOI)

  • Sale Agreement

Buyer Responsibilities

• Conduct full due diligence:

  • Review codebase

  • Review financials

  • Verify legal ownership

  • Validate platform metrics

• Confirm payment structure

Deliverables

• Signed LOI

• Signed NDA (optional)

Contract Signing & Payment

Both Parties

• Execute final Sale Agreement

• Buyer initiates payment as per terms

• CI/CD deployment processes walkthrough

• DNS management access

• Analytics platform accounts (Google Analytics, etc.)

• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.)

Buyer Tasks

• Verify successful deployment under buyer-owned infrastructure

• Confirm DNS transfer

Handover: Smart Contracts

• $BCD token contract ownership (SOLANA)

• Full walkthrough of tokenomics structure (already in this document)
